Who Can Apply?
Category 1: Full-Degree Applicants
Undergraduate & College: Senior high graduates under 30 years old.
Master’s: Bachelor’s degree holders under 35 years old.
Doctoral: Master’s degree holders under 40 years old.
Category 2: Exchange & Non-Degree Students
Participants in educational exchange agreements and MOUs between Jiangsu Government and overseas institutions or international organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
Non-Chinese citizenship and good health.
Academic excellence: Strong GPA and academic record.
Age limits: See Category 1 above.
Legal compliance: Agree to abide by Chinese laws and host university regulations.
No concurrent scholarships from other Chinese governmental or local entities.
Scholarship Benefits
Full Scholarship
Tuition & Fees Waiver: Exemption from tuition, registration, lab fees, internships, and basic textbooks.
Accommodation: Free on-campus dormitory or CNY 10,000 annual housing allowance.
Living Allowance: CNY 1,500 per month (full month if registered by the 15th).
Health Insurance: Comprehensive Medical Insurance & Protection Scheme.
Partial Scholarship
College: CNY 20,000 per academic year.
Undergraduate/Postgraduate: CNY 30,000 per academic year.
Exchange/Non-Degree: CNY 2,000 per month (3–12 months).

- Highest diploma/degree and transcripts (notarized). High-school or current enrollment certificate for undergrads.
- Two recommendation letters (for postgraduate applicants).
- Notarized translations for non-Chinese/English documents.
